To protect all customers and keep our organic supply premium, refunds/returns may not apply when:

  • Item is used, opened (where hygiene/perishable rules apply), or not in original condition.
  • Damage happens after delivery due to mishandling or improper storage.
  • Products clearly marked “Final Sale” / “Non-Returnable”.
  • Request is made after the allowed timeline (typically 48 hours).

Order Cancellation

Delivery & Return Charges

If the issue is our mistake (wrong/damaged/defective item), we’ll cover applicable return shipping. For other allowed returns, delivery charges may be non-refundable.
